Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ishaq Engineering, we are committed to providing high-quality packaging machines, processing systems, and spare parts. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure that every product is supplied according to the agreed specifications.

🔄 No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or cash returns once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

🔧 Exchange Policy

Exchange may be provided in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue.
  • The wrong product or spare part was supplied by Ishaq Engineering.
  • The product does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

📋 Exchange Conditions

  • Customers must contact us within [3/7] days of receiving the product to request an exchange.
  • The customer may be required to provide photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, where applicable.
  • Exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Ishaq Engineering.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
  • Custom-made or specially manufactured machines/products may not be eligible for exchange, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by Ishaq Engineering.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the exchange is approved because the wrong or defective product was supplied by Ishaq Engineering, we will coordinate the return and replacement process.

If the issue is caused by customer misuse, incorrect installation, or any other customer-related reason, return and transportation costs may be the customer's responsibility.

⚙️ Machine Orders

For machinery and customized orders, specifications, dimensions, capacity, and other requirements are confirmed with the customer before production/delivery. Once the order has been approved and production has started, cancellation, refund, or exchange may not be available, except where agreed otherwise in writing.
